There’s nothing cozier and more comfortable in the chilly weather of Fall then a fantastic cape! It’s effortless and chic! You can throw it on in a rush and it immediately pulls your look together! Running errands in LA, I put my new cape to the test! How do you think it performed?
I fell for my new Alice and Olivia Fall 2013 cape and new I had to have it! All black with a bow detail and the most flattering flare, this cape perfectly polishes off any look! Be it in, on the go or a night out, this piece will punctuate a picturesque ensemble!
On the go, between meetings, errands and a lunch, I needed to throw together a look that was sophisticated, stylish and still day time friendly! Enter the cape! It easily gives the look I wanted and required minimal effort!
Not form fitting, you can function with no problem. The movement is flattering and the cut is flawless. Cinched at the waist, you won’t get lost and the length elongates the body!
The structure of the shoulders creates a tailored look that is formal and poised!
I added a green hat to infuse a hip vibe to the polished piece!
My bold black Tiffany sunglasses gave a pop of glamour!
Fitted jeans help keep the frame of your body. Pairing this with oversized pants would not flatter your figure and would seem unkempt looking.
Lastly, a pair of black booties, these are Guessepi Zanotti, continue to give an elegant and sophisticated look on a casual outfit!
